    10/10 = 10,000?

At his current pace Loring should hit 10,000 posts on or around October 10.

When I read the thread title I was wondering what kind of math you were using.

Loring does seem to post like a bunny.

Maybe we should start a pool on the date and time for the magic 10000.

Have to figure out rules and a prize. ( A CD with all 10,000 posts)

Just for that, they'll dock ya 1000 posts, and call it a software glitch that can't be fixed.

Or pick a day and make sure he hits 10000 post on that day.

You know, for all we know post counts could only go up to 9999 before rolling back to zero. This could be like Y2K - maybe the whole site will go down!

i thought about that, but another message board using the same forum software, I frequent, has three guys over 10,000 and no crash. Maybe 100,000?
