I had three pieces 7 1/2" wide, or so I thought. After setting my rip fence to 7 3/8", and getting the board in place for ripping, I realized it wasn't gonna happen.

But all is well now. I had some cutoffs that I was able to use for gluing up a wider board after ripping a little off the 7 1/4" board I originally had. I wasn't gonna try to glue up 1/8" to make it "just right".

Cabinet carcasses fare much better with plywood.

The carcass was made with MDF. I still have to glue everything up, and make the drawers.

It looks like it is time to recalibrate the operating assembly in front of the on/off switch.

I also outsmarted myself a couple of times this weekend with my quick thinking and fast measuring.

I've done that a number of times, but it just won't stay calibrated. I think I need a new saw.
