    The old........ and the New (mounted on 1/4" aluminum plate) = Vespa 2008

            I would think the plate would be mdf.

            What should the next plate be. How about "dstFree"

              Yes Loring - it is for "Learner". I have to be one for 3 months, after which I can apply for a full license.

              Pappy - Here they're simply call customplates (I'm still on regular tobacco )

              Motorcycle plates are restricted to 5 characters.

                Good for Australia! AFAIK, no statee in the USA require an "L".
