I did notice in the last couple of 50% off coupon emails (I've gotten three in the past 8 days--they must miss me 
) that they've reworded the copy and made it a little clearer what qualifies and what doesn't.
My local Rockler (5 mins away--LOML has them under survelliance so I don't go so often
) is pretty good to me. Even when they don't honor a coupon they take pains to explain why, without attitude.
I do a lot of business there, mainly because they're friendly and knowledgable. The local Woodcraft is twice as far away, but has the same friendly atmosphere. Guess I'm lucky.
