I had to fix my soffits because of raccoons.

You gotta love living right on a Bayou huh?
I'm wondering what you do if you use one of those traps and you come back and find a skunk in it... whats the next step?

Call the store and ask them to send someone to pick it up as you decided to return it

I recommend that you tie a 30' piece of rope on all live traps just in case you get something you didn't expect.

Living where I do, skunks, coons and the like are common. I've live trapped quite a few skunks by luring them with cat food in the trap. When I do catch one I take an old beach towel from the shop and cover the entire trap. Once they cannot see you they seem to calm down pretty much. Then I load the trap in the back of the Gator and drive off a couple of miles and let them go. Works every time, so far!! Works with racoons as well I might add. Just one of the joys of living in the boonies?
