    Chinese for lunch

I have been sick the past few days, feels like strep. So my wonderful girlfriend brings some Hot 'n Sour soup, one of two favorite sick foods. (the other is Miso soup) I notice in the takeout bag there are of course fortune cookies, but one of them has two in one wrapper. A sign of good tidings......or should I make sure my affairs are in order? *cocks eyebrow*

When I'm under the weather, I always get take-out from a local Chinese/Russian restaurant. An hour after you eat, you're hungry for power...

LMAO! UC, please don't make me laugh too much, it makes me cough and when I cough it scares my dog. I swear he thinks I am possessed because of the noises I have been making. hehe

Dude, for feeling lousy soup, Caldo De Pollo is hard to beat with some Spanish rice. And you won't be hungry again in less than an hour... I'd tell you how to make it, but my wife would kill me...

            Hey Jon,

You weren't in Mississippi last week, were you? I'm in Nashville right now, but my wife told me my daughter coughed her head off last night, my wife is feeling run down, and I started getting a scratchy throat in the hotel last night. Apparently my daughter played with another little girl who came down with strep last week.
            - Chris.

              Horse Puckey,

Jewish Chicken soup, with two Matzo balls. Quickly followed up with a very large Makers Mark on the rocks with a twist.

You'll feel great, you'll forget the Matzo balls are sitting in your stomach like cannon balls.

                It wasn't me, I wasn't there, I didn't do.......nevermind. *cocks eyebrow*

Seriously though, I have not left Indiana for a month. Geez, that thought in and of itself depresses me and makes my sickness worse...... *sigh*

That does sound really good, but I can't do hard alcohol when I am sick. When I am feeling well on the other hand........
