Laguna BandSaw - $1100

Not sure if this is a bargain since I don't have any experience with this brand except what I've read about them. Guy is asking $1100.

They make and have made several 16" BS with differnt resaw and motor sizes. Hard to tell which one it is

Current 16" has 12" resaw 3HP motor and costs $1800

Note none of thier current machines, even the 14" ones, have less than 12" resaw and they start at $1550.

Here's one on badger pond review, looks very like the one for sale but only has a 9" resaw and 1.5 HP motor probably ran $1100-1200 new a few years back.

Is that a Rockler BS table I see on the BS?

I would love to have a Laguna bandsaw of any size.

Laguna are a great brand of tools but you really have to want it to pay $1100 for a used saw - IMHO. There is a good choice of great BSs that you can get new with warranty for less than a $1000.
