The sirens have been really having a time outside. We have had hail, severe and close

lightning and s0ome very heavy rainfall. I'm glad I was taking a nap and not doing anything

    important. Bill

Amen to that. I told you that you needed to come to the beach.
Hunker down and stay safe, Bill.

Thanks Ed and Lee, it does get a little scary. I would love to be at the beach. Bill

Was in NC week before last for golf... Bad weather there before and after, but beautiful while I was there. Looks like I lucked out... Really sucks when Mother Nature runs your life.

Stay safe and good luck, DUD.

I've had to about up to here [holds hand to top of head] with weather-related bad news -- we had a couple of strong t-storms coming through last night and I broke out the wind-up radio, flashlights, emergency bag, etc -- just in case. Of course nothing really happened other than some heavy rain and a remarkable light show, but you never know with mom nature. [btw happy mother's day, mom nature! -- maybe I'll get on her good side that way

Alex, you are much better prepared than me. My reaction to the storms was to be annoyed that the rain knocked out the satellite signal for a a while.

                Bill,
I am watching the weather going over you as it is happening. With two daughters and 5 grandkids in your overall area, I am watching the moment updates and keeping you in mind at the same time.

Glad eveything appears to be okay, Bill. I finally remembered to get the weather radio and got it programed over the weekend.
