I'm 96% here, 2% Ridgid and 2% all others. I enjoy the fact that we have many fine minds who are employed in engineering and fine woodcraft who don't gasp at silly questions or comments from the likes of, well, me! It feels like home because we didn't tolerate harsh, derogatory comments when raising our family.

About 50/50 between BT3 and them. I think the same questions get a lot of different opinions and the size of the 2 memberships combined is fantastic.
But, I have noticed a couple of frequent BT3r's there too!

I visit several other forums, most have been mentioned, and find you're right about the diversity of opinions. There's a wide variety of knowledge and experience shared here. Some forums I post, others just lurk, and some I have quit posting (there's only so much time). Each of them offer a different style, but in their variety, discussions about tools and techniques makes them worthwhile.

If at first you don't succeed, deny you were trying in the first place.
