        Clever, but doesn't look too comfortable... with all the flat, non-contoured surfaces.

          FOrm and utility over comfort, for sure. I wouldn't choose to sit in it.

            try this atgcpaul

            If you can get your hands on a lcd computer projector, you can project the picture onto your wood and trace it out. It may take some trial and error to get the projector at the right distance to get the right size. But it might work.

              That is a good idea! Maybe I can sneak into work after hours. I've brought
              my Sawzall and tools to work before and noone batted an eye. I guess a
              quarter sheet of plywood won't raise too many eyebrows either.
