    YouTube Help

Whenever someone post a YouTube link I can't see the picture but I can hear the sound if I log into BT3 from Internet Explorer. However, if I log in from Firefox I can see the picture and hear the sound from YouTube link. Anyone have any idea what I need to change in IE so that I can both see and hear YouTube in IE?

Possibly 1 of 2 things off the top of my head...

    1. Might have to upgrade IE. What version are you running? Doing this will probably eliminate #2, but if you want to keep your version of IE, see #2.
    2. Upgrade the Flash plugin. http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/downl...getflashplayer

Not sure what you mean by #1. I have my system setup to automatically receive and download any Windows update. I'm running Windows XP.

        I have IE v.6.0, and everything looks good. I don't want 7.0.

Automatic updates won't load the a new version of I.E., just updates to the one you have loaded already.

I recorded on a different thread my difficulties with YouTube and Firefox. IE7 was OK. This problem is not isolated to you and me.
