cabman, I think it's a live web cam, not a recorded video.
Since you posted at 8:35 PM ET that you can't see anything, that's probably explained by the fact that its pitch black in the eagle's nest out in the wilderness in the middle of the night, rather than a bad link.
Try checking the camera/webcam/website during daylight hours???

WEB CAM, of course, what was I thinkin'. Maybe the Moon was eclipsed.
I haven't warmed up to all the computer lingo I guess. Still stuck in the chrome bumper era.
Reminds me of a situation when Gerald Ford was asked on his solution to solve the energy crises. He said: "We'll just build a pipeline to the Sun". The reporter then replied: "Wouldn't it be too hot". Ford answered: "We'll build it at night".

The eagles must really be making a comeback. When I was younger, I could go a year or two without seeing an eagle. Now I see at least one a week on my way to work in Omaha.
Once the weather here warms up a little, this is a good cam that watches peregrine falcons nesting on a tall building in Omaha.
