Need help finding receiver with HD radio?

My mother would like to replace her home receiver with a model that can pickup a local HD radio classical music station. I have done a little research but some of the listings on eBay (for example) say HD in the listing title but the description makes no mention of HD as it relates to radio. I don't want to add an external HD tuner, I want it built-into the receiver.

I'd like to find something around $200-$300.

Also, if I purchased her a unit that does satellite radio in addition (if that exists without having to get an external box), how much would it cost for me to buy an annual subscription, and can she find classical music on satellite?

this site lists available HD radio retail sources.:

    For understanding HD radio:

Its my understanding that current FM radio stations will continue to send analog stereo FM on their assigned bands for a long time to come. HD (hybrid Digital) means that they will be transmitting a digital stream on the subcarrier bands of around 130-150 kHz equivalent compressed lossy MPEG3 date, that will be almost as good as MP3 files. These subcarrier bands had been previously used for Muzak and paging services, with digital encodong all those services can be carried as well but on lower bandwidth channels. The new standards allow for continued FM stereo analog + new FM digital as well as a lot of combinations of different bandwidth usage including all-digital and limited analog.

A good place to start is crutchfield.com - they offer HD for both home & auto (I started looking because WOSU decided that it's more important to depress people with NPR during drive time than classical, and my cassette player pooped out). Crutchfield is kinda spendy, but it will give you some baselines (and yes, an HD/XM exists, but it's $900)
Sirius charges $150 a year subscription. They have 3 classical channels. I think XM is about the same.
