Sorry to hear of your loss. But maybe she'll surprise you, and show up. We'll keep our fingers crossed.

I hate hearing things laik that. I think that I'm acquiring more empathy for animals than people, which is one of the reasons I no longer hunt game.

When I was in jr high we got a toy poodle. MANY years later, Pepi went into the woods when it was his time. I think he just didn't want mom to see him pass. So very soory for your loss.

                        Reddog,

I'm so sorry to hear about Coco. Our dogs just don't live long enough.

When our Clyde died nearly four months ago, CMan suggested a new puppy. At the time I couldn't think of "replacing" Clyde. But, LOML found a breeder in San Diego that had a four month old apricot male. It seemed too soon to me, but we went, and now we have Marsh. [Short for Marshmallow.] Old Bonnie looks and acts five years younger. And, Marsh is the sweetest puppy we have ever had.

Marsh at five months. He now weighs over 60 pounds, at seven months.

                          Very sorry for your lost..

But.... if Coco just walked off into the woods and blind, I would check with neighbors.. put up a few posters and check the pound just in case. You never known and no harm done with a try.

You may have already done this.. but just in case.
