    Guys and Gals,

You all never cease to amaze me. Sam really struggled this year with asking for support again. Unfortunitly we don't have the bank account to keep this thing going on our own. But after you all buying us a car this year it is very humbling to ask again.

This is no doubt the best web site on the web. I don't think you could find a better group of woodworkers, men, women and whaterver the rest of you are .

It's only been a week and we are already half way there. From the bottom of my heart I say Thank you to everyone and here is to another great year.

Surely you don't think that anyone here minds being reminded that it's time to re-subscribe, Adele. You need not feel that you come with your hat in hand asking for donations. Heck, I don't know how you guys do this for this kind of money not to mention the time involved! Bless you folks for giving us this forum!

I belong to another forum which supplements its monetary needs with raffles. Suppliers are approached with the prospect of free publicity in return for an item of interest. Heck, for items of interest to me I'd kick in another $5 a couple of times per year. I know if this poses other logistic or tax problems but it's just a thought.

Some people have their state or country flag by their name in their post. Some have pictures. So for a custom avatar, it is usually a small picture that has been uploaded.

On the wood menu bar below the blue "Fund Drive" bar is a menu called "User CP". Click on this and it will take you to your control panel. From there many options are avialable. ON the left side is a list that says "Edit . . . " included is that list is "Edit Avatar."

If you click on this, it will give some options such as choosing a State flag or even uploading your own small picture / avatar.

If you need more help with this, Just ask. Will be glad to help.
