Spending time getting an apartment touched up painted, put in new vinyl kitchen floor and hopefully catch some football games. Made a new face for one of the kitchen drawers yesterday.

Football,football,and more football. Then if I have time I'll install the VM Fusion software on LOML new IMac.

Not the football fan I used to be... but football all day and all night while finishing about the last 60 pages of "Soul of a Tree" by George Nakshima that I started yesterday. That's been on a list of "must do's" for 2 years.
Back to the shop tomorrow to start final joints and assembly of chest of drawers.Comment

now that is interesting, shop made tail vice. i have to admit, i had no idea what that was. i also never saw that thread before either. another thing to add to list of things to do and i didnt even start my day yet!
well, i am making a front entrance bench with shelves for shoes, i plan on trying to cut all the dados for the various components, sand the top so its smooth (i think i made a mistake when gluing the boards togather) and then if all that is done, i will assemble the thing hopfully (all fingers are crossed)

Well today I got to sleep in! Had a nice brunch and will go down to the beach later to see what the high tide and storms have brought in. If I get ambitious I'll try to find the floor to the garage/shop so I have enough room to work on more of my cabinet doors but I expect that with a blue sky today that the shop will wait for rain.
