    Happy B'day, BT3Central

    Happy 5th Birthday, BT3Central

Yes, this is the fifth birthday of BT3Central.
On this date (Dec 28) in 2002 BT3Central officially began.

Let me be the first to observe it and wish all the members many happy returns.

I tried to search for the first post but could not find it. Here's an early one... I was the third person registered at 12/272002 3:48 AM.

A search of the members list showed Sam as the only registered member on 12/27. By the end of the 28th there were 48 members and several of us are still around and active.

In these five short years, Sam's family has grown to 8,170!

            HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BOSS!

HBD to the site and many thanks to Sam/Adele for creating such a wonderful place to hang out and share ideas and information. This is and will always be the first site I check everyday when I log on to the net.

from Pappy: In these five short years, Sam's family has grown to 8,170!

Are Sam and Adele allowed to take the 8170 of us off as dependent deductions during tax season?

If I am not mistaken, I was (am) number 14! It is amazing how this forum has grown since that day!

Congradulations goes to all the members as well to make this what it is today!

I wonder how many of those first 47 members (The first was Sam, registered on the day before) followed links from the Ryobi forum and how many stumbled onto the site on its first day.

My first thread and post applies more today than it did that day. ('Forum problems' refers to system problems the Ryobi forum was having then.)
