    New Restaurant Opening

About 1/2 mile down the road from me sits a restaurant that has been vacant for a year or so. Started as a Shoney's, closed, reopened as a Jim's. Both good places that didn't make it for one reason or another.

On the way to Lowe's today I noticed activity in the building and swung by on the way home to check out the sign.

    like a hooters, only better.
There's a sports bar named Racks near here,
the picture out front shows a deer head with antlers but the TV ads show buxom young waitresses. I wonder what kind of racks they are talking about.

A Hooters near where I work has a couple of really big banners up front. One says "Hamburgers"... OK. The other says "Food to Go"... Don't understand that. Why would any one go to Hooters and take the food to go???

Let me know when, Chief! There is a college full of potential employees for them to chose from.
