    Never leave your nuts alone

A doctor at an insane asylum decided to take his patients to a baseball game. For weeks in advance, he coached his patients to respond to his commands. When the day of the game arrived he was quite sure that all would go well.

As the National Anthem started, the doctor yelled, "Up Nuts" and the patients complied by standing up.

After the Anthem, he yelled "Down Nuts" and the patients all sat back down in their seats.

After a home run was hit, the doctor yelled "Cheer Nuts" and they all broke out in applause and cheered.

When the umpire made a particularly bad call against the home team, the doctor yelled "Boo Nuts" and they all broke out in boos and cat calls.

Comfortable with how things were going the doctor left his assistant in charge and went for a beer.

When he returned there was a riot in progress. He found his assistant and asked, "What in the world happened?"
The assistant replied, "Well everything was fine untill this guy came down the aisle yelling "Pea Nuts"

Skunked me too. That's a 9.99 (a 10 is when the laughter knocks the bark off a tree).

I have to give credit where credit is due on that one. My sister sent it to me.
Funny thing is that the beauty salon where she still puts in a few hours a week is only two blocks from the insane asylum in Salem Or (the one used for "One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest")
