Messin' around in the shop, being geeky.

Have a project for a local dentists office that I'm working on today, just for grins I hooked up the webcam and I'm sittin' in the chat room. (Maybe I should just give in to the boredom and go inside the A/C house?)

Here's the webcam link. Kinda hokey, may have to refresh your browser every once in a while. Supposed to update every 10 seconds.

    Link: http://www.elksign.com/webcam/

Just for laughs, don't wake up the neighbors with your gawguffs if you catch me pickin' my nose.

That's pretty cool Stan. The pics did cycle. I thought it would be a movie, with coming attractions. I went to the chat, but it was bare.

That's strange (well, not so strange for this chat software).... Pat, Melissa and I are all in the chat room.

Edit: I was referring to the BT3Central chat room, not the backup chat link that is shown on the webcam page. If you went to that chat room -- your right, probably no-one there.

Guess with that thing out there, you can't go out in your skivies to do a little woodworking, huh?

Cutoff's all over the top of the table saw. I'm glad I'm not the only one with that bad habit!

Looking at his workbench and shelves above them makes me feel a lot better!!! Mine are worse, but at least I know that not everyone has a showroom workshop like Rod.

Stan is that a carpet pad you were / are using?

How about some info on what you are making?!

lol, I think my shop was clean once... before I moved in....

Yes on the carpet pads. I have about a half dozen of them laying around for finish sanding.

As for what is being made, it is for 'barter bucks' at the dentists office that I go to. They need a cart for a couple of their machines, so I offered to make them one when they expressed a rather lack of enthusiasm for the melamine carts in their catalog.

One machine will sit on the top, with two drawers right under that. Then a 15" opening for the other machine, with two more drawers under that.
