    Tip of the Day

When sanding sheetrock, close to the wall or overhead. Either use a mask, or keep Your mouth closed. Bill

LOL! Thanks for the advice, Bill. Do I really want to know how you came about this wisdom?

                  Adding a few more warnings:

It could be scary looking in a mirror when finished sanding.

Make sure you blow your nose before going to Home Depot.

Completely dust yourself off before driving your car...you could get pulled over.

Use a clean rag to sneeze in...not your hand.

                    Dud,

That's why I wet sand with a sanding sponge. You can also rent a drywall sander that has a vac attach.

I like to sand with this.

And do try out that new 'dust control' joint compound - dust particles cling to each other, so you don't get that fine airborne stuff. Really cut down on mess during latest room remodel.
