    It works like a charm! ...but I still can't afford to eat out as often as I'd like!

      Next year, add 1 to 1756/1757 and it will still work.

      Some nifty (but simple) math involved there, but interesting and amusing.

        When I first saw this, it made me think of Red Green's Midlife Musings. My favorite (that I can't find of course), was comparing your life to different sandwiches.

        No crust as a kid
        Ham and cheese as a teenager
        then later, more cheesy

        Finally you end up as an open face sandwich with it all hanging out.
        She couldn't tell the difference between the escape pod, and the bathroom. We had to go back for her.........................Twice.

          Our PBS had his show on one year and did not renew it. I liked it. Bill

              I keep waiting for one of these math puzzles where you input a random number and it comes out with the right value without masking or subtracting your random number later.
