Back to Work

Today was my second day back to work after 8 months of being laid up.
I have allways liked what I do and it felt good to get back at it. I will only be working 2 days a week but that's enough to make me feel usefull and still give me time to be retired.
I do miss the shop though. What would be shop time will now be photohraphy time, I have been ignoring that hobby for some time.
The new apartment is nice and everyone that lives here is friendly. We have a very nice dining room and the food is excellent, far better than I would cook. Weekly maid service is another plus.
My house sold on Wednesday for 10% over asking price and was only on the market for 5 days

Congrats on getting back with the living. And congrats on selling at more than the asking price. That's unusual around here. If you have to stay out of the shop, I can't think of a better place to be than behind the lens.

Great to see you back and hear tht you are back to doing what you like to do everyday. Selling your house for over list is a great break; it must have been a very desirable house and location.

I made the switch to digital. I am shooting a Nikon D-70 with a Nikon 18 - 70 mm and a Nikon 70 - 300 mm lenses. No more burning silver for me.
