    BT3Central - Oz chapter...

The inaugural meeting of the BT3Central (Oz), group took place today!

(As promised) the pic shows Gary and Rod - after MUCH table saw discussion

We had a great time and Carole provided lunch - in the Shed of course.

Sorry guys, the ridiculous Oz price of a BT3100K means Gary is going for a Darkside saw (probably look a lot like mine )

What, no catsup/ketchup spill in the shop, to make us think there was a blood spill?

    Thanks for helping him out!
She couldn't tell the difference between the escape pod, and the bathroom. We had to go back for her.........................Twice.

You two sort of look 'separated at birth'.

Wait, there are wrinkles in that blue checked cloth in the background? Who are you and what have you done with Rod?

And a book out of place and open on the bench!

I'm envious of anyone who gets to see Rod's shop up close.

Lucky guy. Rod is that on old California car license plate on the wall above your bench. If so what is the story behind it.

Yeah, mine too. Can't blame him for going dark side, with prices like that.

Thanks for the photo, gents. Nice to see a couple of the members of the group get together. How far are you from each other?

No matter how many pics of your shop I see, I never fail to be surprised at the complete lack of dust. You could (probably have) perform major surgery in that place.

You're an inspiration for us, but I'm afraid for most of us an unattainable ideal.

Tom: When I was working for IBM Oz, I was sent on assignment to the US - a year in California and a year in Georgia. Had to swap plates when we moved.

Ironhat: We are about 3/4 hour drive away!

The question I have is, how many times did Rod make Gary wash his hands before allowing him to touch his table saw?

Unnecessary with Rod's special "Shop Entry Preparation Room"...don't know all details except Gary usually has curly red hair.
