            That's what we call a kludge or N-----r rigging in the old Pre-PC days
            where you use multiple equipment in a way that's very marginally suited for the task.

            Probably they were running down to the Vodka store for a refill of operator fuel.

              I was thinking the motor died on them. That was their solution, or wait 5 hour for tug boat. Vodka for the operator probably makes more sense!
