The times I have needed to call 911, I have always gotten the "your call is very important, please stay on the line for the next available operator". Funny now, not either of then.
But on the other hand, I had a friend who used to work on the pc side of 911, and I once asked him something that turned a few other peoples heads (only overheard this part of the conversation), "so what's the phone number for 911". (employee, contact phone number, but quite a head turner).


As to the original poster, why not contact your local jurisdiction? If you have an issue with them, why not contact your local Sherriff/Highway patrol?
