    A Royal Announcement

    I hereby propose Dud to be bestowed with the permanent title of "bestowed Forum Jester"
    All in favor, respond in kind.

    And maybe one day before I die of old age, I'll remember not to be drinking coffee when I read his posts

      I will second that!!!!!

      When I read one of Bills threads or posts I make sure the coffee is out of the way and I have nothing that I can knock over and ruin a keyboard.

                  Bill deserves any honor the forum can bestow. His jokes and stories often light up my day.

                  As long as we remember that Bill is so much more than the Jester. He has shared the highs and lows of his family life with us. His courage and devotion to his grandkids, perhaps, deserves Saint status.

                      I'm not sure if I've been here long enough to get a vote, but I will add that scmhoog just made a very thoughtful post that recognized Dud's qualities that is on a level well above and beyond the call of duty of woodworking or humor.
