    Are you ready for Sunday/Monday?

Finishing up getting the gifts today (need cards). Gonna go by the bank and then pay my property taxes (both real and personal). Figured as long as I am doing tax stuff, I downloaded and did my tax forms, just have to wait for the W2 to mail them. Gonna do a lot of running for work, then when I get home, the part that I suck at, wrapping.

Just about there. And I will actually have four days off in a row, unbelievable.
She couldn't tell the difference between the escape pod, and the bathroom. We had to go back for her.........................Twice.

Nope. Still have to shop for the kids and we will do that either Friday night, Saturday sometime or who knows even Sunday.

And I don't wrap the presents. I send Mark to the shop to do all that.

Hope to finish my shopping tonight. Haven't even started wrapping, but that's normal. Probably do that Saturday, as we open gifts on Christmas Eve night.

I've been travelling all week on a customer emergency. My mom's clock is waiting for several more glue-up operations, plus finishing. It'll be tight.

        LOML's squared away, thank goodness.

Everything else is done except for the LOML. Managed to get a nice (read surprised) bonus at work this year. Figure I can give my wife something real nice and still have enough left over for a nice twelve year old, single malt scotch

Not much left to wrap. It'll be done before the jolly red giant comes along.

Done now all we have to do is buy the food take to sisters' on Sunday BIL on Monday. So now it clean the fish tanks and clean the shop and then enjoy the family. That is on advantage of being retired have plenty of time to get things done without rushing, at least this year.

I think so except for wrapping....Dont think I can talk her into any more tools by Monday...Maybe some BS blades and maybe a mobile base...
We start shopping WAY early. Like Dec 26th....Thats why they have to stay out of our closet....When I was kid I even peeked under the wrapping paper to see what I was getting....I don't think my kids ever sneak in there????I could be wrong but they usually are convincingly surprised..

I'm so behind. The plan is to get a chest made by Christmas. I have a feeling I'll be in the shop all weekend. I've got the panels put together, I just need to cut to size, dovetail, assemble, basically most of it is left. Seems all the time I'm in the shop I spend trying to get things organized and not getting anything done. After this gift is done, I'll just be working on shop furniture for a year.
