    Property for Shop

Brother has found this piece of property and is thinking of buying it. As He has divided it up, we would have the office and bathroom space plus the remainder of shop space which would be 45' X 30'. He believes renting out the other half of one and the other building would pay for all of it and give us free shop space. I hope it works. Bill

Hope it works out for your Bill. I know you have been looking for a place to work for a while. Make sure your area can be locked and secured. Have heard of people with joint buildings having tools grow legs and walk off on their own.

Don't forget to factor in heating and AC? Sometime those things cost more then the building itself.

The side He wants has Utilities, He will have other buildings on there own programs. Each has it's own rolling gate with chain link fencing, with barbed wire on top. Hope it works, after all it's His money. Bill
