Rockler is 15 miles so that is just far enough to keep me away most days. Considering all the other things available that one can avail himself to addiction wise, this one isn't too bad! Like the old song says, "if there's a cure for this, I don't want it!" How many other sinners do we have out there? [/quote]

You have the will power of a saint. My closest WW store is an hour away with a Bass Pro Shoppe next door so I'm champing at the bit all the time. Fifteen minutes to a store would be financial suicide for me!

Ok - I'm in too ... but if I have to have a vice its preferable to some I coud be into. At least I don't lie and I don't run around with dirty women.

I am certainly guilty of inspecting the furnishings and carpentry work whereever I go. So count me in. I have also missed the point of exhibits for my lack of ability to not inspect the displays.

          Serious Woodaholics!

Two years ago, a Japanese friend asked me to help with a tour of woodworkers coming to Japan to see some woodworking shows here. I was asked to go with them on the tour in Kyoto of many of the famous shrines there.

Down below the one "good" picture that I took, is a picture of what two professors from Palomar College in San Diego did - in the midst of all the centuries old designs, they kept looking at the wood, handcrafted beams and designs. Caught in the act!

Much prefer clean women and, at my age, I don't run for any reason!

The most dangerous part of this disease is driving down the road looking for 'good' trees!

Hmmm, reminds of the story of the old bull and the young bull pondering the cows down in the meadow....

Wow. I'd be dead from spousal-induced homicide by now.... Fortunately for me, BP and Rockler/Woodcraft are in opposite directions.

I think I have the disease, too--I spend my down time in my classroom reading BT3C or thinking about how soon I can get in the shop....

                Happy woodworking!
