    One To Watch!

I cannot believe that the guys in this link ("Watch the video" - needs RealTime) think that they're helping, or providing a service. Maybe it's just me?

Wow! His table saw techniques were insane! He is just looking to lose control of that wood.

Yikes. I've still got muscles that haven't loosened after watching that 4x4 sliding, unsupported, on a (partial) end, through nearly 3" of whirling tablesaw blade.

That looks very much like a workbench I saw turned from a rectangle to a parallelogram by what seemed like a minor bump. No real racking reinforcement.

This guy does a lot more interesting work in the garage.

It's not you. Try to remember that this the first time these guys have ever operated any power tools. From dangerous cuts on the TS to actually saying that it's a right sturdy professional workbench, is only ranked out by calling a rabbet a dadoe. I'm surprised that Skil allowed their name to appear on the video, or they don't know yet. No one told them that glue is available to the public. I feel ashamed just watching the thing.

That work bench might keep him warm this winter. Some parts of it would make good firewood.

I liked the suggestion to use pressure treated wood. What a putz...

Amazing. I've watched Al Carrell many times and gotten a lot of good hints from him. Never saw him do anything quite this unsafe before.

That was bad! My wife like watching the guys that pick up curbside junk, fixing it up and returning it. I saw it for the first time this past week end. They were cross cutting a 6ft long piece of plywood that couldn't have been more the 12 inches across. They just used the fence

Hmm, don't have Real Player installed. Don't do Real software, I hated what they do to my computer and refuse to install it.
They install it, force it to run all the time by loading it, force the icons on your desk top, systray and everywhere else and grab all the sound file registries and point to their player. I don't even think it sounds that good, last time i tried it.

You would think on of them would know the difference between a dado and a rabet. Also noticed that as the cut on the top was being completed, there didn't seem to be any chalk on the ply from the line they popped!

I have an old version of real player that I use. It's sad and funny that it still works and doesn't try to take over your computer. You can still download it but you have to look a bit to find it.

Either the server is down, or several e-mails, all pointing out the dangers, have succeeded in getting the article removed. I hope it's not just the server!
