VERY COOL!!!
Incredible price. Too bad it's in the middle of nowhere. My wife has a rich aunt that lives only about 1/2 hour from there.

Funny, my dream has always been to build a "shop" style home very much along those lines. Always thought it would be an inexpensive way of having a really cool house with really high ceilings.

Yes I did. There must be 20K in tools there. I know the radiant heater is around 2K alone.
Looks like a rather nice Oneway lathe too, but I don't see that on the list.

Sell house in Edmonton for 100K over mortgage.
Quit job but tell boss I'll still do drawings, etc from new home.
Buy home 500 miles away in middle of nowhere for 100K
Be mortgage free with ultimate WW shop in my spare room.

One and only drawback - never seeing wife and daughter except on holidays.
Oh and closest BORG is 5 hours away.

The fishing and hunting are some of the best anywhere and there are only 300 people so very unlikely that anybody would complain about any noise.

Town of 5,000 (soon to explode due to diamond mining) 6 miles away and Saskatoon is only 3 hours away.
