My guess would be the latrine. 2nd guess is the mess hall.

That's a negative Dave - you'll have to give up your first born.

Hmm... I thought I read somewhere that the Roman Army when it camped at night did the latrine as one of the first things. Figured that carried over.

First building you come to when entering a base. Guard shack?

If it's an Air Force Base, the first building would be the Officer's Club.

Building, yourself? If not maybe the base commander quarters?

Negative again - but your close - so close, yet so far away. Somebody's got to know this. Maybe they are still sleeping.

Given that you capitalized "Building #1" as a proper title, I would guess that Building #1 on every US military base is Building #1.

Could it be that there is no Building #1?

Okay. Still awaiting the outcome of this one. I'll throw in an easy one. How many trucks are usually on a military base?

The answer to the second question is easy-"Not Enough".
