    Obituary

I took a day of leave Saturday to attend funeral services for my youngest son. This was not a sudden or unexpected thing. It has been in the planning for several weeks, since the date of life as we know it for him was decided upon.

The wake was held tonight, lasting over 4 1/2 hours, at the Expose Men's Club in Austin. In attendance were the soon to be deceased (center), his older brother, his best friend (not pictured), and myself. All were properly attired in solid black to mourn Michael's passing!

Yep! The end of his sex life as he knows it, is near.
Congrats on the wake. Good luck to him in the next life. Has he been fitted for the ankle chain and matching ball yet?

            Hey Pappy,

I just got to change religions, we don't have "lap dances" as part of our fairwell tradition.

Best of luck to Mike and your whole family. I've been married 27 years and still have all my body parts

            Kiss the bride for me,

            Bruce

BYW, is the wedding registry listing at Home Depot??

Remember, Don, you're not just losing a son. You're probably out a whole lot of cash, too!

                Con-(grats/dolences) to all!

                Regards,
                Tom

The 'New Posts' page lists the smilies in a separate column, optically removed from the title. That's why I didn't catch it...

Hope the wedding cake was good!

This is what's called "Dark Humor". Now I do like some dark humor and would rather hear it before some other type stuff.
One Cartoonist (Gahan Wilson I think) drew what is probably one of my most favored toons. I haven't been able to find it recently.
It is certainly some dark humor.
The setting is in a prison on death row with a shot of the electric chair. You see two guards standing by the chair hardly able to contain their laughter, but trying to hold back. Through the doorway you see the doomed inmate being escorted by another couple guards into the chamber.
You have to look close to catch it, but there are thumb tacks in the seat of the electric chair.
Certainly dark humor, but an outstanding cartoon.
If I run across it, I will post it.
