Based on the info in this thread I went with SunRocket. Sound quality both domestic and international is quite good.

BUT: On several occasions during peak times, instead of rolling over into voicemail when someone calls it just goes to fast busy. Apparently their voicemail servers have insufficient capacity.

AND (and this is a big one): SunRocket absolutely messed up the number transfer. It was supposed to happen yesterday. Quest stopped servicing the number yesterday morning, as expected. But SunRocket provisioning failed to pick it up. 2 days and 10 calls to SunRocket later it still is not working. Nor can they give me any assurance if and when it will work, just a 'we are working on it as fast as we can'. I am in the middle of job interviews, this is a disaster!

I like the features and the voice quality, but when they drop the ball they really drop it!

I am getting the same poor response on fax issues. Sound quality is great. Service is very poor. If I can't get the fax working Sunrocket is going to have to go. I can only imagine what kind of nightmare that will be!
Fax of Vonage is working perfectly fine.

Almost went to Sunrocket but the Vonage customer service asked me why i am leaving when I've been a customer for 3 years and told them that I got an offer from a competition.. Vonage rep puts me on hold and told me that they will cut my monthly subscription cost in half for the next 12 months.. I took it and stayed with them.
