I only watch Hockey and Football. Too bad the idiots put all the hockey on oddball channels. To get OLN I would have to buy the most expensive cable package and addon the premiere channels.

I though NBC was carrying the playoffs.

I for one love hockey, although i don't get to see many games a year you haven't seen a sport until you see these guys up close.
I personally think hockey is the roughest sport their is next to rugby

I might like it even more if the columbus blue jackets didn't suck so so so bad

Oh wait aminute, they aren't in the Peg anymore...

Seriously I was extremly saddened when the new rink fell through and they moved. Sad thing is they would probably be able to make a go of it in the small market now. Only took ten years to figure out what was wrong with the league.
          Don't get me started.
I haven't missed the Jets one single iota. Haven't watched hockey in 30 years since we got a second channel other than CBC. Never watched CBC since either.

            Yes they do!!

Regarding the roughest sport. We have rougher one up here.
            Ever watch Lacrosse?

They were only carrying 2 games on a weekend in the early rounds, all the rest were on OLN, CBC, etc.

What I don't get is.. ESPN has the dumbest crap on earth on at night and the real sports are on channels you can't get. Lets see.. Poker, freakin paintball tournaments, 10+ year old football games, etc on ESPN.

Yes I have seen lacrosse, but i think hockey is still the rougher sport you can build up a lot more speed.
Anyways lacrosse is just field hockey where they can pick up the ball

LA Times reported this morning that OLN has exlcusive rights to the Oiler/Ducks series. They reach only 49% of the homes in SoCal even if you can afford the package carrying that channel.

Probably right, except they seem to get away with more slapping of the equipment in lacrosse.

                    What about Aussie rule football?
I saw a game live back in '86 in Vancouver.
The only thing that's not legal is clothesline. Everything else goes it seemed. Maybe Rod can comfirm if it's as rough as it looks.
