Your going to need new tools to do all that work on the garage!! You just have to do some creative explaining on why a new drill press is needed to put insultation in the walls.

Don't forget your probally have to beef up the electric to the garage.

While I didn't mention the Shop Sub-panel, it is one of the considerations. I'm not sure if I'll need a 60 or 100 Amp panel. Any recomendations?

Drill presses are not a problem, I have two now and Grizzly is sending me another Drill Press Table to make up for the one that had the wrong knobs included with it ($29.95, plus shipping). They told me to just keep the one that I have now, since it has the wrong knobs with it.

Just my thought on the electrical panel, If I have to add one anyway, I would go with the 100 AMP vs the 60. You can always have too much available, but if You don't have enough.
I have a 60 and it is good enough, but next one will have at least a 100 amp. Bill
