I spent a couple hours yesterday picking up a wood play structure. 2 years old - still has the stain on it from when it was originally built and a 1/3rd the cost of the materials to make one myself. So it will last till my daughter grows out of it and I bet I can sell it for more than I paid for it.
Main structure without the roof is 5x5x8 then there is a beam and legs for the swings. My brother helped. 'course it rained last week so the dollies sank and we ended up flipping it end over end the 75' or so to the truck. Dunno how heavy it is, a couple hundred lbs at least.
After that I started fixing a tow-behind aerator I got as a freebie when I bought my mower last year. Handle to raise/lower the wheels was not isntalled cause the bracket was on the wrong side. After much swearing at rusted bolts and deconstruction/reconstruction I realized the axle will have to be disassembled to fix the bracket, it was put on wrong too.
