I ordered a couple of items from HF recently, the $2.99 multimeter was sent in a bubbled envelope, USPS. Two weeks later I got the 3 piece set of electronic bug repellers from UPS. It was a small item, but was packaged in a box 6 inches tall X 8 inches wide X 14 inches long. Did they think it would get lost in a smaller box or what? Bill
