Thanks He's a bit of a handful at 8' and a bit over 20 lbs. When he wants to go somewhere other than where I want him to go it gets interesting but he's a sweet snake.

And another 4-8" scheduled for tonight. The drive to work tomorrow should be interesting.

Red touch yellow, kill a fellow. Red touch black, friend of Jack. But like everyone has previously said. It takes a lot to get bitten by one. They do not have the fangs like a rattler and have to really work at biting a full size human. Still, I wouldn't want to play with one.

that clever "red touch yellow, kill a fellow" saying can be a real life saver -- if remembered correctly. a friend of mine once came up w/ "red touch yellow, say 'hello'!", and now i'm never sure which one is right.

Looks like the weather folks got it right twice in a row! Now that's a record!

            Just keepin' the thread-in-a-thread alive.

            Regards,
Tom (whose driveway is already clear...well, it was when I left for work...)
