I have been using the BT3100 saw for several years and have never had a belt break. First time for everything. I have reviewed some methods to replace the belts, which I am going to attempt. However, the reason for the break was at the time I was trying to create a zero clearance plate. I suddenly realized that the motor was running but no blade action. The belts just dropped to the floor. Is there some trick to creating a zero clearance plate. The plate was included in the original purchase. Any suggestions. Thanks
