I am attempting your belt replacement and having taken all apart and cleaned up am ready to instal belts, but I am unsure of a part. It is a 'D' shape piece behind the bearing and is free moving and does not appear to be 'fixable'. I have enclosed link to parts page hoping you can open it, it is number B4 on diagram. Do you have any info on this piece please, does it just stay there loose? seems odd to me and I have been unable to find any info about it.
