Basic rundown. This is not a complicated item, just a basic stand. The metal is kind of flimsy, the instructions stink just like most other HF tools. But it does what is expected of it. The user MUST use some sort of baseplate such as plywood to add rigidity, as the stand on its own, is pretty floppy. All in all worth the $19.99 on sale price, and not a penny more.
The top mount where the actual tool goes is too small to be useful for most benchtop tools without a mount board anyway... It is usable, but I think a buyer would be better off with the 46075-4VGA model instead...
