Replaced my 20+ yr old Craftsman with the Jet ProShop Hybrid about 6 months ago. Finished my first big project - built in closet system for our master bedroom. Saw works great, and at $600 +/- it is a great value. Have a very small (20x20) garage, so opted for the Jet mobile base, too. Dust collection isn't the best, but the fence is fabulous and the alignments appear spot on use after use. The included miter gauge is not great ... use one of my Incra miter gauges depending on the activity.
The stamped steel wings aren't the best at getting to parallel with the cast iron saw table...just ordered two cast iron wings online at the Jet site (thru WMhTool), anxious to get them installed.
When I ordered the saw from Amazon, the cast iron wing version availability was indeterminate, so opted for this version. If you can get confirmed delivery on the cast iron version this is the one I would recommend.
