What to do with chat?

I'll chime in and say that I too didn't know there was a chat feature. But that's okay as I probably wouldn't use it anyway.

They supposedly had a chat feature over on the Ridgid forum where I once was, but I didn't use it there either.

However, I do think it would be useful for those members who might have a need to work out some problem or procedure in real time, rather than having to wait for an answer. But, I guess that kind of usefulness would totally depend on a very active chat schedule.
