        check is in the mail

        As a matter of fact the check was mailed on 1/25. It has not cleared the bank and I have not heard from you. If it has been lost I will put a stop on it and send a new one. Please let me know.

            Charlie, it may take a while for mail to get from Manette Peninsula WA to Midway KY. You might give it two weeks.

                Actually, you are off a hair. Manette is in Bremerton. Same county, but we are at the very North end of the Kitsap peninsula- Hansville. You are correct in that it is from Podunk to Booniesville.

                    Wellsir it took me a while to figure it out but Google Earth made the error on the name of your general location. They have a pin @ 47°53'40.2"N 122°33'26.09"W that identifies that general location as the aforementioned peninsula. They have your location, as near as I can tell as SE of Coon Bay. Am I close or are they wrong?

                                I have received several checks with no indication of a corresponding forum username. If you can e-mail or PM me your forum name and your "real" name as it appeared on the check I can reconcile them.
