Calipers / Measuring Set For Turning (?)

What do you all recommend for a set of calipers to be used for turning ? Is there certain size(s) I would want to get started with ?

I have one similar to Jim's but it wasn't from HF, think it was Rockler and it only had the 3 calipers. Can't remember the price but it was reasonable.

That set Jim posted looks like it would do the trick nicely. You'll get use out of at least 4 of those tools.

I would suggest to round over the tips of the outside caliper (2nd from the left, top row, in picture) and sand smooth so they don't catch while turning.

Conversely keep the divider tips sharp to scribe diameters while turning.

I have two of the sets that Jim mentioned. I then picked up this set from Rockler and I find that I like them much more. The dividers are hardened so they mark well.
