I did getr some shop time today

Here are the cherry bottle stoppers that I turned and
stained yesterday. Dark cherry stain,
Mylands sanding sealer and Behlens turners finish.

This Ploaris pen and pencil set was turned from an
unknown wood that was given to me.
It is very heavy but turns like butter. Olive wood?

Nice work! The wood looks like some variety of cherry to me, but I am not all that good at guessing woods...
