Scored a Load of Pen Blanks

This mahogany is from a 1963 Boston Whaler and was sent to me from North Carolina in exchange for two pens turned from it. It's in good condition but with some screw holes that can either be worked around or filled.

The pieces on each side of the tape are 18" X 3" X 1 1/2".

Free or traded for wood it the best kind! Congratulations on your score. I noticed a older truck at work with a load of logs in the back. Kind of unusual for were I work but hey. In the back there is a really nice Pecan log about 15” across by 2’ long. I left a note on the guys window Friday asking if I could either have it or pay him for it. I hope I here from him as it is a nice piece of wood.
