Another new one after several requests. This is about preparing a wet wood bowl blank.
This is a pretty subjective discussion and opinions vary greatly. With that said I present mine.

I am also working on a series for tool usage. I intend to cover usage and different ways to use the tools in a series. Again this is all more pointed to the beginner but that it was is requested the most from my emails.

I had to chuckle over your comment about drying the piece in the oven and the reaction of the short lady in your life. Reminded me of the time I used our oven to bake on the finish of a couple of aluninum boxes I was using for some electronics. The boxes were pretty, the reaction was NOT [:0][:0]

Bob, man I am so serious on that one! We just remodeled our kitchen and she has a brand new double oven unit and a brand new large microwave. Even thinking about using it for something besides food could get me maimed for life!
